Tina Parkhill

Tina is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) and started her career in 1994 working for Ernest & Julio Gallo winery. After spending several years working in sales and management roles for solutions based companies, Tina decided to return to the liquor business and open Parkhill’s Liquors & Wine South on April 4, 2011.

In addition to juggling the balance of family and work, Tina is also committed to giving back to the community. She is heavily involved in the Tulsa County Oklahoma State University Alumni Chapter and Family & Children’s Services.

Chris Vedda

Chris has been involved in operations and management in the liquor industry for over 8 years. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Parkhill's South. He has a passion for beer and spirits with a growing interest in wine.  He has incredible product knowledge and likes to always be available to his customers. Chris will be taking the CSS exam soon and hopes to become a CSS (Certified Spirits Specialist). He can help plan your beverage needs for a small wedding, dinner party or a large corporate affair.

Tyler Mirt

Tyler Mirt, CS,CSW,CSS
Wine Manager / Sommelier

Along with a passion for food and wine, Tyler brings 12 years experience in the restaurant & bar industry to Parkhills. Tyler started out in Scottsdale, AZ where he honed his skills as a Sous Chef, Bar Manager and Mixologist. Since moving to Tulsa he has overseen numerous beverage programs including the grand openings of Cherokee (Hard Rock) and Osage casinos; acted as the bar & wine trainer for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine bar and most recently served as GM of LXI which garnered numerous accolades for wine pairings, service and cocktails. As a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine, Tyler is devoted to education. He has taught wine courses throughout Tulsa and now hosts monthly wine, spirits & beer education classes at Parkhills and Vintage 1740. “Wine and food aren’t just hobbies, they’re a lifestyle” says Mr. Mirt; and he is happy to share that passion and lifestyle with all our guests.

Phillip Baxter

Phillip Baxter, CSW
Associate Wine Manager

Phillip has been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. He enjoys teaching others about beer, spirits and wine. He likes working behind a bar and sitting at one. Although the last 9 years he has focused on beer and spirits, the last 5 years he has had a growing love for wine and mixology. He is currently studying for the CSS and CSW. He chuckles at the thought that he is a professional booze peddler. He truly is passionate about his profession.

Lisa Shannon

Lisa Shannon
Community Relations Coordinator

Lisa Shannon is a native Tulsan. She joined the Parkhill's South location in October, 2011 and brings her over 12 years experience in Corporate Event planning from her years with the PGA Tour and later with MCI WorldCom. She balances part-time work at PS and full-time work as a wife and mom.
